Learnin' somethin' new

You may not know this, but I learned today that manicotti is actually a Jewish dish. At least Noah thinks so. He informed me that manicotti actually comes from manna, what the Israelites ate when they were hungry, and is pretty convinced that the white ricotta cheese filling is essentially manna. Such a smart son I have!
